Allures 44 for sale! Year 2009 | Refit 2024 | New decks | New North Sails

After her extensive circumnavigation this Allures 44 came back to basecamp Oostmahorn in the Netherlands once more, where she was seriously refitted. All exterior paintwork has been renewed, lifelines and rigging have been replaced. The engine was overhauled, necessary parts were replaced, saloon upholstery renewed. She is ready to go.

Interior
One of the standout features of the Allures 44 is its spacious and well-thought-out interior. This particular yacht features two cabins and a technical storage space aft. She comes with a toilet/shower area in the front owners cabin, and a second toilet aft, plus a shower in the technical locker. The layout is designed to maximize comfort and livability, making it ideal for extended voyages. The saloon offers ample headroom and natural light, creating a welcoming and airy atmosphere. The galley, situated on the port side, is equipped with modern amenities including two large refrigerators and plenty of counter space, making it practical for preparing meals while underway.

Electronics
The Allures 44 is equipped with new navigation and communication systems: Iridium Go, new electronics: screens and plotters.

Sail plan
The sail plan was designed for both performance and ease of use, with a full battened mainsail, furling solent, and staysail included in the sail inventory. The sails are cruising laminates by North Sails, very recent (three years) and the standing rigging has recently been replaced.
