HH46 Hull number 12
This HH46 is one of the first yachts to benefit directly from the knowledge and experience gained during the development of the HH44. One of the most notable refinements is the extended transom. The aft end of the boat can still be closed off, but the hinged section has been replaced by a fixed extension. This creates a longer waterline and gives the yacht a lighter, more balanced appearance aft.
Due to changed circumstances, the buyer of this yacht will no longer be sailing her himself. As a result, she has unexpectedly become available for sale.
This represents a rare opportunity to acquire a fully equipped, full-carbon HH46 with hybrid propulsion, without the long waiting time normally associated with a new build.
I have seen this yacht myself at the yard in China, and I loved the chosen hull colour. In combination with the white antifouling, the result is truly striking. That said, the hull can still be finished in any colour of the buyer’s choice at no additional cost.
HH46 – Selected Options and Upgrades
This HH46 has been specified with an extensive package of upgrades for serious cruising, comfortable living on board and independent long-distance sailing. The specification includes hybrid systems, a comprehensive B&G navigation package, dual autopilots, upgraded power management, a watermaker, air conditioning, offshore safety equipment, a full North Sails package and a wide range of custom interior, deck and technical options.
Interior, Storage & Practical Layout
- Forward starboard cabin converted into workshop/pantry
The forward starboard cabin has been converted into a practical workshop and pantry area with additional counter space, drawers and shelves. A Vitrifrigo DRW70A 80L 12/24V programmable fridge is added. One drawer includes sockets for charging devices. - Additional freezer beneath the floor in the starboard hull
A custom-built freezer is installed beneath the floor in the starboard hull, designed to maximise space and efficiency. - Overhead galley storage locker
Additional storage is added above the stovetop along the ceiling of the saloon. - Folding panels and adjustable legs for dining tables
The indoor and outdoor dining tables are fitted with folding leaves and adjustable legs, allowing them to be reduced in size or lowered to create a sofa or passage berth. - Utility locker with power socket
